Potatoes stuffed with Vegetable Recipes

Baked potatoes stuffed with vegetable mixture, baked with cheese until golden brown.

Ingredients:

8 pcs medium potatoes 8 pcs canned corn kernels 1 pcs red bell pepper 1 pc orange peppers 1 pc small leek 1 pc carrot 1 pc petrels 100 g broccoli 100 g hard grated cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the potatoes, dry them, cut them crosswise, brush them with melted butter, put them in a baking dish and bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes
2. Cut the cleaned peppers into noodles, carrots, parsley and leeks into rounds, logs into smaller pieces, chop the broccoli finely, steam in hot water and drain
3. Remove the potatoes from the oven, enlarge the hole in them, fill them with the vegetable mixture, put them in baking dishes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
