From the recipes of our grandmothers, potatoes with English bacon, topped with cream.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the bacon into small cubes and put it in a pot to cook
2. Add the onion cut into pieces and let it turn pink
3. Then add the peppers and quartered potatoes
4. Simmer the potatoes for about 20 minutes
6. Dissolve the flour in the cream
7. Finally, drizzle them with lemon juice.
