Potatoes in the skin or “Jacket potato”

4 pcs larger potatoes 100 g hard cheese 1 tbsp butter salt parmesan 3 tbsp sour cream salami, pancetta, ham

Excellent side dish or separate course of baked potatoes.

Wash the potatoes, prick a little with a fork and bake at 200°C for about 70 minutes. Depends on the size of the potatoes.

When the potatoes are still hot, cut them in half, carefully scoop out the inside with a spoon and put them in a separate bowl. Add salt, butter, grated cheese and mix everything well.

Fill the potato skins with the mixture again, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and put in the oven for 5-6 minutes.

Remove from oven, add parmesan cheese to taste, pancetta, ham … a spoonful of sour cream and a delicious side dish is ready.
