Potatoes for peeling

I don’t know a more classic potato recipe. This is a classic served in cottages at the beginning of the last century, but also much earlier. Boiled unpeeled potatoes served with butter and salt, sometimes also with sour cream or cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 500 g or more of new potatoes 1 pk butter water salt kefir or acidophilus milk to wash it down

Procedure:

1. 1. Unwrap the very cold butter on a plate and prepare a bowl with salt next to it so that the diners can salt their fingers
3. Each diner at the feast has a plate and a knife, takes a boiled potato, peels it, halves it and salts it, then cuts a slice of butter on half the potato and enjoys …, potatoes prepared in this way are best served with cold kefir or acidophilus milk.
