Potatoes baked with onions and garlic

700 g potato 2 pcs shallots 10 cloves garlic to taste salt to taste ground black pepper a little olive oil 1 pinch ground cumin

procedure

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into larger pieces and boil them for about 5 minutes in salted water. Drain them and let them cool. 2. Spread them in a baking dish greased with oil. Season with ground black pepper, salt and ground cumin. Add the chopped onion and whole garlic cloves. 3. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, place in the oven and bake covered with foil for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until golden.
