Potatoes baked in salt with rosemary
ingredients
1,2 kg potatoes 1 tbsp coarse salt 2 tbsp olive oil 2 stems rosemary
procedure
1. Wash the potatoes and their skins thoroughly under running water. Dry them and cut them into smaller pieces. Sprinkle a dry baking sheet with salt and place the potatoes on it. Cover them with foil and place them in the oven. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes. 2. Remove the foil, place the rosemary on the potatoes and drizzle them with a little olive oil. Leave them in the oven for at least 15 more minutes.
