Potato Tortilla

Potato omelettes made from floury potatoes, onions, eggs and olive oil.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 700 g of blue potatoes 3 pcs oats 2 pcs onions 6 tbsp olive oil ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. In a frying pan with heated olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion and sliced raw peeled potatoes
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the potatoes and onions, add salt and pepper again
4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and pour in some of the potato and egg mixture, fry each tortilla on a medium heat source, on each side, for about 6 minutes.
