Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, let them cool, then peel them and cut them into cubes
2. Add chopped celery, crushed garlic, finely chopped arugula, diced tomatoes and anchovies to the potatoes
3. Season everything with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, drizzle with olive oil, mash thoroughly with a fork, mix and leave in the fridge to thaw.
Recommendation:
Serve the potato tartare with toast, or as a side dish with roasted or grilled meats.
