Potato speck gratin with chickpeas, Vegetable Recipes and cheese

Baked vegetarian dish suitable as lunch or dinner. Chickpeas (otherwise known as Roman peas) are an almost miraculous non-perishable legume with many positive effects on our health, which is why this recipe is worth trying!

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 4 300 g of potato skewers 200 g of sour cream 100 g of cauliflower 100 g broccoli 70 g eidam cheese 70 g carrots 50 g extra Menu Gold 2 pcs eggs 200 ml milk 130 ml sunflower oil vegetable broth nutmeg salt

Procedure:

  • Let the chickpeas swell in a bowl of water the day before. Then drain it, rinse it and boil and mash it in new water.
  • Cook the potato skewers in salted water.
  • Fry the chopped onion, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli in oil, add the cooked speck, mashed chickpeas, salt, grated nutmeg and vegetable broth. Stir everything together and put in a baking dish.
  • Heat in the oven for a while, pour milk with beaten eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese, then bake until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh vegetable garnish.
