Potato soup with spring onions

4 pcs potatoes 1 bunch spring onions 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil Raciol 1 to taste salt 1 liter vegetable broth

Cube the spring onions. Fry the spring onions in oil and butter. We also put the green stems, parts in soups, because it adds a nice color and good flavor. Add vegetable stock, and diced potatoes. Meanwhile, cook until the potatoes are soft.
