4 pcs potatoes 2 pcs sausages 1 pcs onion 2 tbsp plain flour a little oil a little salt 1 KL ground red pepper 1 KL marjoram

1. Fry the diced onion in oil, add the sliced sausages, flour and 1 KL ground red pepper. Stir and pour 0,5 l of water. 2. Clean the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the soup. Season with salt and cook until the potatoes are tender. 3. Just before boiling, add 1 tbsp marjoram. Serve with fresh bread.
