Potato soup with mushrooms

1 kg potatoes 1 handful dried mushrooms or fresh 1 pk onion 1 pk kohlrabi 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp butter 125 ml cream 1 sprig rosemary 1 cup dry white wine to taste salt, pepper, marjoram 1 bunch chopped parsley

1. Chop the onion finely and fry in a little butter. Add a whole sprig of rosemary to it. After two minutes, remove the rosemary. To the onions add the crushed garlic, 2/3 of the diced potatoes together with the kohlrabi. Fry the mixture for a while, pour in wine, a little water, season with salt and cook the soup for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. When the potatoes start to crumble, add the remaining potatoes and the mushrooms soaked in water beforehand. Cook the soup for about 15 minutes, then add the cream, marjoram, salt, pepper and soften it with a little butter. Garnish with parsley and serve either in bowls or in loaves.
