Potato soup with milk and egg yolk

ingredients

600 g potatoes 6 cups milk 2 tbsp butter 1 egg yolk to taste dill to taste salt

Boil peeled and cut potatoes in salted water until tender. Strain the boiled potatoes and put them in boiling milk (5 cups), add the butter and add another cup of boiled milk in which the egg yolk has been whisked. Salt and boil for a while. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped green parsley or dill.
