Potato soup with cheese and egg

ingredients

500 g potato 1,5 litres water 50 g butter 2 pcs egg yolk 1/2 litre milk 100 g hard cheese to taste salt

procedure

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place in salted water and boil until tender. Mash a few potatoes. 2. Then carefully add the butter with the egg yolk, lukewarm milk and grated cheese. Mix until smooth, but leave a few potatoes whole. Do not cook anymore.
