Potato soup with cheese

Soup prepared from grated potatoes and gouda, sour cream, water, butter, parsley and salt.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the potatoes, cleaned and unpeeled, in a pot, cover with water and boil until tender, then drain, let cool, peel and grate finely
2. Then pour 1.5 litres of water into a pot, bring to the boil, add the grated cheese and potatoes and boil, stirring constantly
4. Then add the melted cream with salt and butter, stir, heat through, but do not boil anymore
5. Serve individual portions of soup sprinkled with chopped parsley.
