Potato soup with cauliflower

200 g potatoes 1 pk carrots 1 pk parsley 2 pk onions a little oil 120 g cauliflower 1 cube vegetable broth 1 dl meat broth to taste salt a little ground black pepper
procedure
1. Cut the potatoes, carrots and parsley into cubes. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil and add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and potatoes to it. Pour in the stock, add the broth and top up with more water. Cook for about 10 minutes. 3. Then add the cauliflower, add salt and pepper and cook until all the greens are soft. Garnish the finished soup on the plate with parsley.
