600 g potatoes 1/2 cup beans 120 g onions 4 tbsp fat a little pepper 1 pk bay leaf 1 pk sausage to taste salt
procedure
1. Soak the picked and washed beans in water for 5-6 hours, then boil them in the same water. Cut the cleaned onions in half lengthwise, fry them on a plate, wash them, place them in a pot of water and boil them for 30-35 minutes. 2. Strain the broth into another container, add the sliced potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes. Then add the beans with the water in which they were cooked, salt, onion, pepper and bay leaf. Blend some of the soup and put some of the cooked beans in the middle with the sliced sausage.
