Potato soup

100 g butter 2 pk carrots 1/2 pk celery 1 pk parsley 400 g new potatoes 3 tbsp plain flour 2 pk onion 3 cloves garlic 1 handful dried mushrooms 1.2 litres chicken stock to taste salt to taste pepper 1 tbsp fresh marjoram 1/2 tsp crushed cumin 1 tbsp chopped parsley

1. Cut the onion, Vegetable Recipes and potatoes into equal sized cubes. Peel the garlic cloves, cut open and remove the inside of the garlic and chop finely. Meanwhile, soak the dried mushrooms in cold water to soften them. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the Vegetable Recipes thoroughly. When the Vegetable Recipes are golden, add the onions, which are also fried until golden, season with a little crushed cumin and dust with flour. 2. Stir the prepared mixture, season with salt and pepper, pour in the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Add the sliced potatoes to the pot and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the garlic and dried mushrooms and cook until soft. Finally, add the chopped marjoram and parsley and season with salt and pepper as needed.
