Potato Slices

Slices prepared from potatoes, coarse flour, semolina, milk and egg, served with lard and topped with melted jam with rum and sugar.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 500 g of potatoes 200 g of coarse flour 200 g of semolina 2 tbsp milk 4 cl rum

1 cl egg To finish: 1 tablespoon of lard pinch of salt sugar sugar

Procedure:

1. Put the potatoes and their skins into lightly salted water, peel them and grate them cold
2. Add salt to the grated potatoes, add eggs and milk to the well, sprinkle with flour mixed with semolina and work into a smooth dough
3. Throw the slices into boiling salted water and when they are cooked and float out, take them out and brush them with lard
5. Top the individual portions on plates with melted jam mixed with rum and sugar.
