Potato skewers with bacon

ingredients

500 g small potatoes 120 g bacon 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp garlic oil 1 KL dried herbs

1. Peel the potatoes, put them in boiling salted water and boil them almost tender. Drain them and let them cool. 2. Cut a slice of bacon in two and wrap each potato with a slice of bacon. Thread them onto needles or skewers and place them on a baking tray which has been brushed with oil. Place them in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake. 3. After 15 minutes, brush the skewers with garlic oil, season with salt and herbs and bake them for a few more minutes. Serve with vegetable salad.
