Potato salad with cucumber and dill recipe

2 servings 5 pieces of boiled potatoes, preferably salad potatoes or new potatoes 4 – 0,50 pieces of cucumber salad 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill, about 1 piece. 1 Peel the medium-sized, cooled potatoes, boiled and peeled, peeled, you can cut them in half or in quarters and cut them into thin slices, which you can put in a bowl, add salt and oil. Add the rinsed, thinly sliced cucumber (no need to peel), finely chopped small shallots, finely chopped fresh dill and pepper to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
