Potato Round Dumplings

Cooked dumplings made of flour, buns and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

100 g of coarse flour 150-200 ml of milk 1-2 tbsp butter 8 pcs chunks 2 pcs eggplant nutmeg pin

/td> a handful of chopped parsley water salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the mushrooms into cubes, place in a bowl, sprinkle with milk and let it soak in
2. Add the egg, softened butter, salt, a pinch of mace, sifted semi-coarse flour, finely chopped parsley, mix everything and let it rest
3. From the prepared mixture, form equal-sized round dumplings with a diameter of about 5 cm, put them in a large saucepan with boiling salted water and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turn them during cooking, then remove them with a slotted spoon, cut them open and serve with mushroom sauce.

Recommendation:

To make the dumplings softer and fluffier, whip the egg whites with the snow and incorporate them into the batter.
