Potato puree with horseradish

500 g potatoes salt 4 slices butter ground black pepper 2 dl warm cream 2 tsp horseradish paste

First, boil the diced potatoes in salted water and drain.

Add butter to the drained potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Close the lid to melt the butter.

Hand mash.
5.
Add the pre-heated cream and whisk with a whisk to a smooth puree.
6.
Add the horseradish paste to taste (about 2 teaspoons) and stir into the puree.
7.
Serve with beef, pork or chicken as a side dish.
