Potato patties fried until crispy, served with smoked salmon, sour cream and chives.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grate the carefully washed unpeeled potatoes on a clean cloth and squeeze out all the excess water over the sink
2. Then mix with plain flour, Kresge mustard, salt and pepper to taste
3. Divide the mixture into 8 balls, which we press into patties and gradually fry in a pan in heated oil and butter on both sides until golden brown and crispy
4. Place 2 patties on each plate, a slice of salmon, a dollop of sour cream, a few stems of chives and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
The patties are also delicious with a poached or poached egg.
