800 g potatoes 80 g lard 50 g onion to taste ground red pepper 200 g paprika 200 g tomato 1/4 liter sour cream 20 g plain flour a little ground black pepper to taste salt
procedure
1. Fry finely chopped onion in lard, add red pepper, chopped cleaned potatoes, salt, pepper, pour water and simmer. 2. Later add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Finally, add the cream in which the flour has been stirred and bring to the boil. 3. Serve with gnocchi or bread. You can also add green peas to the paprikash.
