Potato pancakes with sauerkraut
ingredients
2000 g potatoes 1 tbsp plain flour 1 pk egg garlic marjoram ground black pepper salt cabbage barrel onion overgrown bacon

Stewed sauerkraut with bacon and onion layered on crispy potato pancakes. Heaven on the tongue!

Clean the potatoes, grate them as finely as possible, add all the ingredients and stir.

Bake one small pancake to test and season, if it lacks flavour

Fry some finely chopped overgrown bacon in a frying pan, add the chopped onion, fry, add the sauerkraut and simmer just a little to keep the cabbage crispy. Season with caraway seeds and ground pepper, add salt if necessary

Serve the potato pancakes with the sauerkraut, and sprinkle the top with bacon cut into small cubes…
