350 g potatoes 2 pcs spring onions 1 KL salt 1/2 KL ground black pepper 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp butter 200 g smoked salmon 100 ml sour savoury cream
step
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Then grate them, add finely chopped spring onions, salt, pepper, flour and a tablespoon of butter. 2. Make a mixture and divide into 4 equal parts. Form each into a ball and make a pancake. Bake the potato pancakes in the remaining butter until golden. 3. Make sure they do not tear when baking. Place the salmon pieces and sour cream on top of the potato pancakes.
