400 g boiled potatoes in skin 200 g potatoes raw 2 pcs egg 175 g semi-coarse flour 1 KL baking powder 4 tbsp rennet to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL marjoram 2 cloves garlic a little oil for frying
step
1. Peel and grate both potatoes. Add the egg yolks, the flour mixed with baking powder, the crushed garlic and the marjoram. Pour hot water over the nettles and leave to drain. Stir it into the batter, season it with salt and stir in the stiff egg white. 2. From the dough progressively in hot oil, bake the pancakes until golden on both sides.
