Potato Pancakes with Eggs

Cooked and mashed potatoes mixed with flour and eggs, fried in small rounds until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 700 g of potatoes 200 g coarse flour 2 pcs eggplant salt smooth flour for rolling fat for frying

Procedure:

1. Immediately peel the potatoes and mash them when hot
3. Add the coarse flour, beaten eggs, salt and work into a dough
4. Punch out circles with a pastry cutter 6. Fry them in fat on both sides until golden brown.
