Potato pancakes: delicious, quick and inexpensive dinner

500 g potatoes 1 tbsp butter 100 g plain flour to taste salt 1 pk egg yolk lard or oil for frying

You will have this dish on the table in half an hour and you will please not only yourself.

Clean the peanuts, cut them into cubes and boil them until soft in salted water.

Drain the soft potatoes, mash them with a little butter, add flour and make a stiffer mixture, which is softened with egg yolk.
TIP: at this point we can add, for example, grated cheese or cubes of fried bacon to the basic recipe.

Season the potato dough with salt and shape it into thicker pancakes with floured hands.
4.
Then fry the pumpernickel pancakes in lard or oil until golden brown on each side and serve with sour milk or a spoonful of sour cream.
