Potato Pancakes
Grated potatoes mixed with flour and egg, baked on a baking sheet in the shape of pancakes, served with jam, honey or syrup.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the cooked and cooled potatoes, then grate or mince them finely (as for potato dumplings)
2. Mix the grated potatoes with both flours, egg
3. Salt the mixture and roll out the dough, cut and make individual pancakes
4. Bake on a greased baking sheet in the oven or on the stove until they have a red crust
5. Spread jam, honey or syrup on the baked pancakes, roll them up and put them on a plate, serve immediately.
