Potato pancakes

Oven-baked potato pancakes? Why not! This recipe is for potato dough mixed with cabbage, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Ingredients:

10 pcs large potatoes 5 pcs garlic cloves

3 pcs of eggplant 1 pc smaller heads of white cabbage 1.5 tsp mayo 1 teaspoon of cinnamon fat water salt

Procedure:

1. Grate the washed, peeled potatoes coarsely, squeeze out the water
2. Add eggs, crushed garlic, marjoram, cumin and salt to the prepared potatoes in a bowl, thicken the batter with flour
3. Line a baking tray or baking sheet with baking paper, spread the potato mixture on it, drizzle it with melted lard
5. Bake the potato mixture in a preheated oven at 180 °C until golden brown.

Recommendation:

You can replace the sauerkraut with sauerkraut, the taste of the potato pancake will then be more pronounced.
