Potato pancakes

ingredients

500 g boiled potatoes in skin 3 pcs egg 50 g butter to taste salt 100 g hard cheese a little oil for greasing

Skin the boiled potatoes after they have cooled and grate finely. Beat the egg yolks with the butter and a little salt until foamy, add the potatoes, grated cheese and stiff egg whites.

In a greased frying pan, fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Serve the potato pancakes as a side dish with steamed Vegetable Recipes.
