Potato Omelettes with Cheese

Baked omelettes of boiled potatoes, flour and beaten eggs with milk, served with cheese.

Ingredients:

500 g of boiled potatoes 100 g of grated cheese 2 tablespoons coarse flour 6 tablespoons milk 6 pcs of egg chopped parsley oil for roasting ground pepper tr>

salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the cooked, cooled potatoes, cut them into thin slices and divide them into four parts
2. Beat the eggs with milk, semi-coarse flour, salt and pepper
3. Cover the pan with hot oil with one part of the potato slices, pour in a quarter of the beaten eggs and sprinkle the omelette with a little grated cheese and finely chopped parsley before finishing baking
4.
