Potato nests stuffed with roast beef, cheese and eggs

Humorously folded home fries in the shape of a nest, filled with sliced roast beef and grated cheese, baked in the oven together with a beaten egg.

Ingredients:

4-6 pcs of large potatoes 150 g rostbif 120 g of coarsely grated hard cheese 4 pcs of egg potato peeler baking paper parsley oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the washed potatoes into thicker fries, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the shape of bird’s nests, drizzle them with oil and sprinkle with potato seasoning, sprinkle with salt
2. Place the prepared potatoes in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 10-15 minutes
3. Fill the pre-baked nests with roast beef slices, sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese and carefully crack one egg into each so that the yolk remains whole
4. Lightly salt the eggs and return the tray to the oven, where the nests are baked at 200 °C, leaving them in the oven for just a few minutes until the eggs are set
5. Finally, sprinkle the nests with torn or chopped green parsley and serve immediately while still hot.
