Potato pancakes dry roasted, served fried, spread with jam, sprinkled with poppy seeds and sugar.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel and grate or mash the cooked potatoes in their skins
2. Add the plain flour, a pinch of salt and the egg, make a dough and divide it into pieces
3. Roll each piece into a thin pancake and fry on both sides on a Teflon pan or on the stove
4. Spread the hot lokše immediately with hot goose fat or butter, spread with jam, sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and sugar, fold and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
They can also be served salted, with the addition of cracklings or sauerkraut. In some places it is also customary to serve unfilled loše with roast goose.
