Potato goulash soup

ingredients

800 g potatoes 150 g beef 1 pk onion 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp plain flour ground red sweet paprika vegeta ground black pepper beef broth salt

procedure

1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in some of the fat, add the beef cut into small cubes, season with pepper, add the ground paprika, salt and fry, then pour a little of the broth and simmer until tender. 2. Clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes, pour in the beef broth, add the roux made from fat and flour and cook until tender. Then add the stewed meat to the soup and boil briefly. To taste, add the vegeta. Serve with bread.
