Potato gnocchi

ingredients

500 g boiled potatoes in skin 1 egg a little salt 120 g coarse flour a little butter

step

1. Peel the potatoes, let cool and grate finely. Mix with the egg, salt and add enough flour to make a firm dough. 2. Use a spoon to cut out larger gnocchi from the dough and place them in boiling salted water. As soon as they float, drain them and spread with butter. Serve variously flavoured.
