1/2 kg coarse flour 1 egg to taste salt 1/2 kg potatoes 120 g butter 50 g onion a little water

1. Make a stiff dough with flour, egg, salt and water and let it stand for about 15 min. 2. Then roll it out on a floured paddle, cut it into balls and boil it. 3. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the mashed boiled potatoes, the cooked flakes and mix well together. 4. Serve with salad or pickled cucumber.
