400 g potatoes 200 g sandwich 100 g coarse flour 1 pk egg 20 g lard to taste salt
procedure
1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel, mash, add flour, egg, salt and make a dough. Then add a sandwich, cut into cubes and fried in lard. 2. Form the dough into a cylinder and wrap it in a soaked cloth. Tie with thread and cook in boiling water for 20 minutes.
