Potato Ducati

Thinly sliced, unpeeled potatoes, baked in the oven until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. don’t peel the potatoes, but scrub them thoroughly with a brush under running water, then cut them into thin slices
2. Place the potato slices on a greased baking tray and bake in the upper half of the oven (put a baking tray with water on the bottom so that the ducats do not dry out too much during baking)
3. When the potatoes are cooked until red, turn them over and brush them with fat and bake again until red
4. Pour the finished ducats into the prepared, heated porcelain bowl, which we have previously rubbed with a clove of garlic inside
5. Brush the roasted potatoes on both sides with lard, salt them, season with cumin and mix in the bowl.
Recommendation:
Serve as a side dish or as a separate course washed down with milk.
