Potato Cottage Cheese Dumplings

Cooked potatoes with semolina and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

200 g of potatoes 400 g of cottage cheese (non-fat) 150 g of semolina 1 pk of egg salt

Procedure:

1. Peel, wash and finely grate the potatoes
2. Add non-fat cottage cheese, semolina, beaten egg, salt and make a smooth dough 3. Form smaller dumplings, put them in salted boiling water and cook slowly for about 10 minutes
4. After a while of cooking, lift them carefully so that they do not stick to the bottom
5.

Recommendation:

Serve with stewed fruit or fruit sauces.

Note:

Ideal as a side dish with chicken steak with peach or pineapple with whipped cream.
