Potato chips and fresh Vegetable Recipes with a variation of dips

Do you want to please the children? Make them homemade potato chips! And if you throw in “homemade” dips and subtly intersperse the food with chopped Vegetable Recipes, everyone will be completely satisfied. Let your imagination run wild with this dish and play around with the serving. Let the eyes eat before the mouth. Use potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, celeriac and dips to create little works of art that even the most squeamish person can’t resist.

Ingredients:

Number of servings: 8 servings 400 g of potatoes 3 pcs carrots 3 pcs stems of celery 1 pcs yellow pepper 1 pcs cucumber 1 tsp of cumin 1/2 tsp dried garlic freshly ground pepper olive oil salt For the beet dip: 2 pcs smaller pre-cooked beets 1 pc garlic cloves 200 g sour cream (12%) freshly ground pepper salt For the dill dip: 1 handful fresh dill 1 piece of shallots 200 g sour cream (12%) freshly ground pepper salt For the tomato dip: 3 pcs large tomatoes 3 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp dried chives 1 tsp of dried garlic freshly ground pepper salt

Procedure:

Thinly slice the potatoes, rinse them with water and pat dry. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, cumin, salt, pepper and dried garlic. Spread on a baking sheet on baking paper and bake in the oven until golden brown for about 30 minutes. Then place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Slice the greens into wedges or strips.

For the beet dip, mix all the ingredients together.

For the dill dip, mix chopped dill and chopped shallots with cream and season with salt
and pepper.

For the tomato dip, blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Recommendation:

Buy potatoes for quick consumption whenever possible. That is, if you don’t have a dark room with a stable temperature of around 4 to 5°C (with humidity around 80%). Otherwise, there is a risk that they will start to sprout, which can be dangerous for humans. Especially pregnant women should be cautious.
