Potato-Cheese Cupcakes
Tender savoury baked cupcakes made of two types of cheese, chopped ham, garlic, parsley and mashed potatoes.

Procedure:
1. Stir the egg, processed cheese, garlic and parsley into the mashed potatoes
2. Grease six paper cupcakes with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
3. Place in a muffin pan
4. Place one-sixth of the potato mixture and a tablespoon of chopped ham in each
5. Sprinkle the surface with blue cheese
6. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 °C.
Recommendation:
Serve with vegetable salad.
