Cooked potatoes with nightshade, sprinkled with fried onions on cooked bacon.

Procedure:
1. 2. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare a dough from coarse flour mixed with a little butter, eggs, a pinch of salt and a little milk, from which you cut out small nightshades with a spoon 3. Add the noodles to the hot potatoes about 5 minutes before finishing, then drain off any excess water after cooking (but usually there is none left)
