Potato casserole recipe using Ore Ida Golden Crispers

This casserole is a great side dish for any holiday meal or large gathering. It is easy to make and can be made ahead of time. The Ore Ida Golden Crispers add a great crispy texture to the top of the casserole.
Ingredients:
1 (32 oz) package of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of butter, melted
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) package of Ore Ida Golden Crispers
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the Ore Ida Golden Crispers.
Pour mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with the Ore Ida Golden Crispers.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
