Potato-carrot puree with nutmeg
ingredients
6 pcs potatoes 5 pcs carrots 50 g butter 1,5 tsp salt pcs nutmeg 500 ml water

Great combination of flavours in combination with nutmeg. A fantastic accompaniment to fish or meat.
1. Clean and wash the potatoes and carrots. 2. Prepare a saucepan and place the chopped potatoes and carrots in it. 3. Pour water over the potatoes so that they are covered. 4. Salt. 5. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes, or until the Vegetable Recipes are tender. 6. Drain (reserve the water). 7. Add butter and grated nutmeg to the drained potatoes and carrots. 8. Mix everything together with a mortar and pestle or blender. 9. If necessary (approx. 1 dcl of strained broth), pour in the water to soften. 10. Serve. 11. In the children’s version, save the salt and nutmeg according to the age of the child.
