Potato balls
ingredients
250 g boiled potatoes 20 g butter 20 g grated cheese 1,5 pcs egg yolk a little oil, salt, nutmeg
procedure
Spread the butter, cheese and egg yolks. Add salt, nutmeg and mashed potatoes. Mix the dough, work it out and roll it out on a board. Make rolls, cut into small pieces and round. Brush the balls with oil, place in the bottom of a soup bowl and pour the hot soup over them.
