600 g potatoes 200 g coarse flour 1 pk egg yolk 200 g plum jam 1/4 kg cottage cheese 80 g caster sugar 60 g butter a little salt
step
1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and mash, add salt, egg yolk, flour and make a dough. Roll it out on a floured paddle, prick out the rings with a round mould, roll them out and fill with jam. 2. Fold the filled ring, squeeze well all around and put it in boiling water. 3. Drain the cooked ones, pour butter over them and sprinkle them with cottage cheese and sugar.
