Potato baba with sprats
ingredients
1,5 kg potatoes 1 pk egg 150 g plain flour 100 g lard 150 g pork fat 150 g sprats to taste salt a little ground black pepper a little cumin a little marjoram
procedure
1. Peel the potatoes, grate, add the egg, flour, salt, black pepper, cumin, marjoram and mix well. 2. Put the mixture on a greased baking tray or in a bowl made of Jena glass. Place the pork spears on top and bake. 3. Serve warm with sour milk.
